Join us for a one-of-a-kind musical experience as the Victoria Symphony Orchestra presents an evening set to dazzle music lovers of all stripes. This time, the spotlight is on the one and only Lyle Lovett and His Large Band, a name synonymous with musical ingenuity and timeless charm.
Winner of four Grammy Awards including “Best Male Country Vocal Performance” and “Best Country Album”, Singer, composer, and actor Lyle Lovett bring his blend of country, Americana, blues, and jazz to the Victoria stage in one of his few performances with symphony orchestra! Born in Houston and a graduate of Texas A&M, Lovett’s musical career has taken him across the world and has releases on the MCA, Highway, and Verve labels. Touring as a duo, with his acoustic band, or his large band, this Texas legend brings his unique blend of styles to the Victoria stage for our 50th season!
